City Council is set to vote for Amsterdam Walk on Monday. Several council members are still on the fence. This is your last chance to support new housing at Amsterdam Walk!

This project calls for replacing a strip mall and parking lots with:

1,100 total new homes right next to the Beltline & Piedmont Park

  • ~150 units reserved at 60% AMI
  • ~75 units reserved at 80% AMI
  • 20 units reserved for very-low-income housing choice vouchers

This project will be transformative, enabling thousands of new residents of all incomes (not just millionaires) to enjoy living next to some of the best amenities in Atlanta.
