Fix Our Ancient Energy Grid

New Jersey’s energy grid is outdated, and working people are paying the price. Decades of underinvestment have left us with power lines and systems that cannot meet today’s demand, driving up utility bills and making outages more likely as extreme weather worsens. As energy use grows, especially from large corporate facilities, families are forced to cover the cost of a system that was never fixed in time.

Fixing the grid is about affordability and fairness. A modern energy grid allows clean energy to come online faster, lowers long-term energy costs, and reduces pollution in communities that have been harmed for years. Without these upgrades, New Jersey remains locked into higher bills, dirtier power, and an energy system that fails the people who rely on it most.
