The IBEW is calling on all members to either thank their U.S. Representatives or hold them accountable for their vote on the Faster Labor Contracts Act (H.R. 5408).

On June 9th, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 5408, an important victory for workers seeking to secure a first union contract. This legislation prevents employers from delaying first-contract negotiations and strengthens collective bargaining rights for working people across the country.

If your representative voted YES on H.R. 5408, thank them for standing with working people by supporting stronger collective bargaining rights.

If your representative voted NO on H.R. 5408, let them know you are disappointed and ask them to support policies that protect workers' rights to organize and bargain collectively.

Please note: representatives who were ABSENT for the vote are not included in this campaign.

The Faster Labor Contracts Act matters to the IBEW because:
