Stop Brayan's transfer to El Salvador's Mega-prison

Brayan A. Rivero-Ramirez (A#241082718) is a 25 year old Venezuelan youth who arrived in the US in 2023. He lived in Tukwila, Washington and supported the asylum seeker community by volunteering his time to collect and distribute winter clothes, boots, water and hygiene products. In early August, Brayan was detained by ICE and transferred to the Northwest Detention Center in Tacoma,Washington. ICE took another person from our community with no way to bring him home, and we constantly fear that he will be deported.
On October 1, 2024, the immigration judge ordered his deportation. On March 19, 2025, Brayan was notified that he will be transferred to El Salvador or Guantanamo next week. Brayan has no criminal record and is not a member of any gang or criminal group. Back home in Venezuela, Brayan joined the military school to fight against El Tren de Aragua and crime in general. Back in Venezuela and now here in Tukwila, Brayan has always wanted to keep his communities safe and care for his communities.
He has spent most of his time in the United States volunteering to support asylum-seeking communities, bettering the lives of others. The community he has built in Washington needs him here!
We, the undersigned, demand that ICE halts Brayan's transfer to El Salvador or Guantanamo and that he receives dignified support so that he can return to his community in Tukwila, Washington. We call on our elected officials at the local, state, and federal level to do all in their power to stop Brayan's transfer.
