Free Ibrahima Bah!

Join us in calling for the release of Ibrahima Bah and an end to the cruel and racist border system!
Ibrahima
Bah is currently serving 9 years and 6 months in prison, scapegoated
and criminalised after seeking safety in Britain as a teenager. Despite
being coerced by smugglers into steering a dinghy and doing all he could
to save lives as it broke apart in the channel, he has been
scapegoated and punished by past and present governments while they
continue the deadly practices of border violence and abandonment of
people on the move.
We call for Labour's new Borders Bill to be dropped, and a full repeal of the violent Nationality and Borders Act 2022 and Illegal Migration Act 2023. This legislation harms and punishes people on the move, and does nothing to prevent dangerous journeys or save lives. We need safe routes now and protection, not punishment.
