Governor Kehoe and the Missouri Legislature are trying to gerrymander Missouri’s congressional districts in a special session, silencing our voices and stripping us of fair representation.  If that wasn’t bad enough, the special session also seeks to further silence citizen voices by restricting citizen-led changes to the state constitution – like the ones that passed Medicaid expansion and restored the right to abortion in Missouri.
