Fund Metrolink! Stop Service Cuts!
Right now, Metrolink is preparing to reduce service by as much as 1/3 across the board due to budget cuts from its major funders, LA Metro and OCTA, and slower-than-forecasted post-pandemic ridership growth and revenue to sustain service levels. This means no evening or mid-day service, just in time for the World Cup and 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. As gas prices rise daily due to the ongoing war and blockade in the Straits of Hormuz, high-quality, all-day, and affordable Metrolink service is more important now than ever.
