Fund People, Not Bombs

Updated 04.03.2026

As the U.S. and Israel wage a war of aggression on Iran, the Israeli military is continuing to murder Palestinians in Gaza, accelerate ethnic cleansing in the occupied West Bank, bomb communities in Lebanon, and codify violent, racist policies like its new death penalty law for Palestinians only.

We must take action to demand our elected officials end U.S. complicity in this unjust, genocidal violence. While Republican leadership has openly advanced militarism and repression, Democratic leadership has continued to enable it—failing to meaningfully challenge Trump’s escalation toward war with Iran and refusing to draw a clear line against the ongoing assault on Palestinians.

In the coming weeks, Congress will have the opportunity to vote on measures to block weapons to Israel and additional funding for the war in Iran.

When Congress returns from recess on April 13, the Senate is expected to vote on Joint Resolutions of Disapproval (JRDs) to block certain U.S. weapons transfers to Israel. It will also consider a $200 billion supplemental request from the Trump administration to fund the war on Iran.

These are critical opportunities to apply pressure and make it clear to lawmakers where we stand.

Contact your representatives and urge them to support the JRDs to stop sending weapons to Israel and oppose any additional funding for the unjust war on Iran. The U.S. government should be investing in childcare, healthcare, housing, and food access—not funding war and devastation.

We will not allow this violence to go unchallenged or complicity to continue unchecked. Tell Congress: FUND PEOPLE, NOT BOMBS.
