Philadelphians are experiencing the devastating effects of climate change and gun violence. No matter what you look like, how much money you have, or where you're from, everyone wants safe places to relax and have fun. But when corrupt politicians choose to fund rich developers instead of everyday people, we all suffer.
Join Sunrise Movement Philly to demand that Mayor Cherelle Parker and City Council:
🏃🏾♀️Fully fund and staff rec-centers and libraries to keep them open longer and have more programming
🏡Repair every rec-center and library so they are safe, accessible, and run on 100% renewable energy by 2030
🌳Create public community gardens that grow fresh food
👷🏽♀️Create family sustaining union jobs and training programs to accomplish all of the above
