The legislature just passed SB3. That bill will destroy an $8 billion industry, shut down 8,500 shops, and kill up to 50,000 jobs. We need to tell Greg Abbott DeVito this. He has the power to do so, and the power to create a special session to do so this will allow other key pieces of legislation to pass and put the owner on the legislature to create proper regulation for this industry and not put people in jail.
