Cambridge scholars, caregivers, and educators deserve District leadership that values and listens to them.

The Cambridge Superintendent Search Process has wasted time and taxpayer money. Educators, community members, and even members of the Committee have been excluded and left in the dark. The process has failed to meet basic standards of transparency, accountability and professionalism. We deserve leaders who uplift our students and educators, not those who demean or damage our community through harmful rhetoric and broken processes.

We must halt the current process, reaffirm our commitments to inclusive leadership, and start a new transparent process with our new School Committee!
