Urgent! Delaware House Bill 111 (HS2) needs your action!

Please urge your Delaware State Senator to support passage of this important plastic pollution and sustainability measure which will reduce the use of unnecessary "disposable" plastic food ware, condiment packages and napkins in restaurant take out orders. All these items will still be readily available by request or at a station, but the default will be to opt out of these needless items that more often than not go straight to the landfill.

Your help is needed to move this bill forward!  Take action by emailing Delaware state senators now. HB111 was passed by the House earlier June 2026 and now awaits Senate Committee approval and Senate floor vote.
