Help BCTGM Local 22 Members Secure a Fair Contract with Lunds & Byerlys!

Members of BCTGM Local 22 (Minneapolis, Minn.) have been in negotiations with Lunds & Byerlys in Eden Prairie, Minn. for over four months.

The workers produce bakery products for the company, and what they are asking for is simple: No take-aways from their current contract and the opportunity to get ahead.

Unfortunately, Lunds & Byerlys’ negotiators came to the table with proposals that would prevent members from continuing to build on their pension benefits and burden them with a higher cost share for their health and welfare benefits.

Lunds and Byerlys’ Corporate Leaders continue to raise grocery prices, while refusing to put enough of the profits towards their workers.

Help the workers get a fair contract by sending a letter to the leadership at Lund Food Holdings Management.

These employees have dedicated years of hard work to Lunds. They should not have to sacrifice their retirement security or pay substantially more for healthcare just to receive a wage increase that looks good on paper but leaves them no better off financially.

This is not a good "Employee Experience", as the company falsely promotes being proud of.

Use the box provided to help us put pressure on Lunds & Byerlys. Urge them to show their bakery workers the respect they have earned!
