Help Us Protect Workers and Pass AB 3258

We must act now to close the loophole that exempts newer refining technologies from the safety regulations that protect our workers, their families and neighborhoods. Assembly Bill 3258 aims to close that gap in workplace safety for the entire refining and chemical plant industry, and that is why we must do all that we can to make sure it becomes law.
