It's hard to believe, but Mark Lewis, who many of us know and who has done so much to help our community, is under threat of losing his livelihood because he has stood up to neo Nazis on social media.

One Nazi has complained to the official body that regulates the legal profession and Mark was told that this could be resolved by paying a fine and apologising to the aforementioned Nazi.

Understandably, he declined to do so (probably in more forthright language!). This has led to Mark facing a disciplinary tribunal and if they find him guilty of bringing the profession into disrepute, there is a strong chance that he will no longer be allowed to practice as a solicitor.
