H.R. 3104: Ukrainian Adjustment Act of 2025

Hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians fled to the United States after Russia launched its full-scale invasion in February 2022. Four years later, they remain in legal limbo, unable to sign leases, accept permanent jobs, or plan a single year ahead. Their temporary status can be revoked at any moment, and the administration has already signaled it may do exactly that. H.R. 3104 provides a pathway to lawful permanent residency for these families. Without it, they face deportation to a country where Russia has fired over 3,000 drones and nearly 100 missiles at cities in March 2026 alone. This is the single most important bill for the Ukrainian-American community. Your letter could help decide its fate.
