To the Rutherford County Library Board:

I stand with Director Luanne James. Her refusal to relocate over 100 LGBTQIA children's titles is true bravery and leadership and it is her constitutional and professional duty. Your vote to move these is clearly viewpoint discrimination.

To the Rutherford County Commission / Murfreesboro City Council / Smyrna City Council:

The Library Board's March 16th vote to restrict access to materials based on viewpoint is a potential First Amendment violation and your governing body funds that library. We urge you to defend Director James and hold the Board accountable before this ends up in court.

Please stand with Luanne and speak out against these clear violations of the freedom of speech.
