Please show support for ESHB 2114 to stabilize housing for renters, prevent homelessness, make housing affordable and accessible and keep families and communities intact by sending a letter.

Let’s ask leadership to urge the passage of ESHB 2114 without increasing the annual cap on rent increases above 7%. As you know, this legislation was amended and the original cap was 5%. Tenants cannot afford to pay more rent increases without causing economic evictions which is what happens when tenants move only because the rent is too high.
