Take Action for Inclusionary Housing across all of Long Beach!

On February 11th, Long Beach City Council is voting on a potential expansion of the City's Inclusionary Housing ordinance to require affordable units in new developments across the entire city, and the lowest- income families on the brink of homelessness are at risk of being excluded.

Long Beach has the opportunity to expand the Inclusionary Housing policy citywide and proactively address our housing and homelessness crisis. This expanded policy would meet the needs of the most vulnerable in our community and provide real housing solutions but only with critical amendments!

Let Long Beach City Council know that you support Item #21 with the inclusion of extremely low-income and very low-income households.
