Tell your legislators: it's time for eviction reform and a cap on late fees

Currently, the eviction process in Colorado heavily favors landlords and effectively prices out renters from defending themselves in court. Covid-19 has only exacerbated these unjust policies and put thousands of Coloradans at risk of losing their home.

Legislation will be introduced at the state capitol this year to reform the eviction court process, cap late fees, and give renters more rights.

Before these bills hit the floor, we need as many people as possible to contact their legislators to tell them that now is the time to reform Colorado's eviction process and cap late fees.

This form will use your information to look up your state legislators, and will allow you to deliver a personalized email to their inbox in a matter of just a few clicks. Thank you for letting your voice on this important issue be heard.
