Keep Rockville Residents Housed - Pass Rent Stabilization!

Last year, the Montgomery County Council passed a landmark rent stabilization law limiting rent increases to less six percent or less annually, thanks to relentless pressure from tenants. This law unfortunately exempts renters in the City of Rockville, leaving Rockville residents vulnerable to huge rent increases.

However, this means the Rockville City Council has the opportunity to pass its own rent stabilization legislation and pass an even stronger law than the county law.

Use this form to sign a petition in support of rent stabilization and share what passing rent stabilization in Rockville would mean for you!
