Last year in Delaware, we saw a 63% increase in firearm deaths compared with 2019. SB3 is a critical piece that will help solve the escalating gun deaths and injuries and keep Delawareans safe. It creates a common-sense process by ensuring residents acquire a permit before purchasing a handgun.
