Gaza stands on the brink of forced famine. Israel has closed border crossings for over ten weeks, completely blocking any essential humanitarian aid from entering. The UN reports that 2.2 million Palestinians face catastrophic food insecurity, with children already killed from malnutrition and preventable diseases.

This is not a natural disaster – it's genocide.

As Israel's largest military funder, the United States has the power to ensure humanitarian aid access. Our tax dollars should not be paying for Israeli military operations to forcibly starve an entire population.

This was a calculated attempt to scare advocates for Palestinian freedom into silence, and to test what the public will tolerate. The Trump administration wants this arrest to be the blueprint for many to come. It’s up to us to stop this plan here, and loudly fight back.
