We have reached a critical point in our negotiations and we need your support to win a fair contract! Live Arts Management has rejected our proposal to provide meaningful pay increases to our theater staff, many of whom have been working at NYLA for 5+ years and have only received one pay increase (from $16-$18 in 2022). Meanwhile Live Arts spends 6X more on compensation for the highest paid executives than it spends on the ENTIRE front of house staff each year.

We are proud to be part of one of the most innovative forces in the dance theater scene in NYC, but we need a dignified wage for this work to be sustainable.
