Heckscher Playground, located near the southwest corner of Central Park, hosts hundreds of kids from nearby schools and neighborhoods every day. Students from the International Academy of Hope (iHOPE), a school for students with traumatic brain injuries, also love going to the playground, but can't use all the equipment available as it's not designed for wheelchair or other adaptive device users.

We're asking the NYC Parks Department and our NYC Council Members to support the necessary upgrades to make the playground accessible so ALL kids can play.
