Lawmakers are poised to address the crisis that’s been affecting the American film and television industry for decades: the decline in domestic production due to the robust incentives offered by foreign governments.

Our nation’s own federal incentive program would be a huge win for our economy and those who work in production. According to a recent study by the consulting firm Olsberg SPI, a federal incentive program will likely lead to over $133 billion in new wages and an additional 143,500 full-time-equivalent jobs yearly through 2035.
