Property developer Bathla, with thousands of homes under construction in NSW, is teetering on the brink of bankruptcy. Along with NSW MP's Anthony D'Adam and Jenny Leong, we are calling on Premier Chris Minns to compulsorily acquire Bathla for the purpose of establishing a publicly owned housing construction company - an "Aussie Bathla".

This could not only save the jobs of hundreds of workers in the construction industry, it could create much needed public housing and finally address the housing affordability crisis.
