After a successful vote at the Planning Commission on a substitute, The Nation's UDO will be on second reading at Metro Council on 8/5/25 with a public comment. Metro Council needs to hear from those in support, as those against are once again organizing opposition.

This plan was developed and is supported by the Nation's Neighborhood Association, Small Business Committee, the District 20 Council Member, and Planning Department Staff. It is a common-sense plan to improve housing affordability, walkability, urban tree canopy, and add stronger stormwater regulations.
