No Blank Checks for ICE Cruelty >>

An ICE agent killed an American mother in Minneapolis, and instead of accountability, the Trump administration is stonewalling. Minnesota officials say they still can’t access key evidence from the shooting, and the FBI won’t fully cooperate with the state-led investigation. This is what impunity looks like: harm first, answers never.

In the midst of the Trump administration’s chaos, Congress is being asked to lock in even more funding for the Department of Homeland Security and ICE. Trump has supercharged the deportation machine with a 400% budget surge last year… putting ICE at $28.7 billion right now, with another $75 billion queued up to expand detention and turbocharge deportations.

From Chicago to California, people have been killed during raids and traffic stops. Inside ICE detention facilities, 2025 was the deadliest year in over 20 years, with 32 deaths in custody. This is a pattern and funding it without reforms guarantees more tragedy.

Tell your Senators and Representative: refuse to fund ICE in upcoming spending bills – unless Congress includes significant, enforceable reforms – and pause DHS funding negotiations until ongoing investigations are completed >>
