No Canadian Troops in Ukraine

Please email Prime Minister Mark Carney to express opposition to the deployment of Canadian troops and more military equipment to Ukraine.

Canada should be devoting its efforts to a diplomatic solution to end this horrible conflict — not doubling down on failed militarist policies.

One can oppose Russian militarism while also recognizing that Canada’s role in expanding NATO, ousting the elected Ukrainian president in 2014, and then supporting a post-coup proxy war for many years contributed to the current conflict.

A recent Gallup poll shows that the majority of the Ukrainian people want an end to the war through negotiations.

Tell the Prime Minister it’s time to shift gears — toward diplomacy and peace for Ukraine.
