No More Cuts to Care: Fund Health Care, Not Endless Wars
Between threats of eliminating an entire civilization and naval blockades, one thing remains constant:
President Trump is taking away your health care to fund his military conflicts overseas.
Behind closed doors, with no press allowed, he announced, “It’s not possible for us to take care of day care, Medicaid, Medicare, all these individual things… We have to take care of one thing: military protection.”
Media outlets are reporting the GOP wants to kick 300,00 more people off our health insurance plans to fund more war. Trump wants to cut critical medical research and infectious disease tracking to fund record-breaking defense spending.
If this goes unchecked, we will all lose someone we love because Trump chose to take away our health care and our doctors’ access to medical expertise to fund his war rampage overseas.
Tell Congress: We want health care, not endless and unnecessary wars.
