Victoria now has a new Premier, Ben Carroll. So we currently stand at a crossroads, will Ben deliver more of the same Labor? Or will he show that he is listening to Victorians and take a stand for wildlife?

The contentious ORV Bill was due to be voted on in the Lower House on 28/7. It was postponed, but could be relisted any day.

This Bill creates a new super agency to promote hunting and ignores the rights of those who recreate outdoors without killing things. It’s disastrous for wildlife, for peaceful outdoor activities and for First Nations' rights. It legislates and greenwashes conflicts of interest.

Ask Ben Carroll to differentiate himself from ‘captain’s call’ Allan. He can demonstrate that he actually listens to Victorians by pulling this Bill until there can be more discussion and the issues addressed, or preferably by scrapping it altogether!
