NY DEC! Extend the Public Comment Period Williams NESE Pipeline Application

Just when we thought we’d buried it for good, the dirty fracked gas Williams NESE pipeline is back -- and just as dangerous and unnecessary as ever.

This 35-mile pipeline would disturb toxic sediment in our harbor, pollute our air and water, lock us into decades of continued fossil fuel use, and hinder New York and New Jersey's progress toward their climate goals.

We beat it twice before, and we can do it again -- but we need more than 30 days to fight back.

Tell the DEC to extend the comment period so our communities can speak out and stop this pipeline for good.
