The Ohio Legislature has not acted to protect LGBTQ people in Ohio from discrimination. That means it is generally legal to fire someone, deny them access to housing, or deny them basic goods and services just because of who they are or whom they love.

This is unacceptable!

For the first time in 9 years, we received a hearing for proponent testimony. Over 150 pieces of testimony in favor of the bill were submitted.

Now, we want the committee to hear from you.

It's time for Ohio to pass the HB160, the #OHFairnessAct, and finally protect EVERYBODY from discrimination.
