·        Senate Bill 182, as amended, is an anti-trans bill that targets transgender and gender-diverse students by restricting their access to school facilities, increasing the risk of discrimination, and making public schools less safe and inclusive.

·        Public schools should be places where every student can learn safely, with dignity, and without fear. SB 182 moves Indiana in the opposite direction by imposing rigid, statewide rules that increase the risk of discrimination, invite costly litigation, and force schools to police students rather than educate them.
