Not satisfied with Indiana's near-total abortion ban, the State Legislature has introduced SB 236: a dangerous and duplicative attack on medication abortion. SB 236 would only serve to trigger investigations into all Hoosiers' pregnancy outcomes and cause harm for the few who receive care under the extremely narrow exemptions to Indiana's abortion ban.
