President Trump is demanding that the FDA approve an untested vaccine before Election Day, and has refused to sign onto the World Health Organization’s COVAX facility to collaborate on vaccine research with 172 other countries. Taxpayers have paid more than $10 billion for COVID-19 vaccine research, we need to ensure those funds create a people’s vaccine that is safe, effective and available to everyone, everywhere.

Yet, Donald Trump and his administration have done the opposite. Their negligence has caused the deaths of over 210,000 people in the United States and the suffering of millions more. Now, the President is demanding that the FDA approve an untested vaccine before Election Day, and he has refused to sign onto the World Health Organization’s COVAX facility to collaborate on vaccine research with 172 other countries.

A People’s Vaccine would be a critical health step toward global health equity regardless of insurance status, immigration status, race or zipcode.

WE'RE FIGHTING AGAINST the Trump Administration using an unproven and unsafe vaccine to sway the election • Global vaccine apartheid in which high-income countries buy their way to the front of the line and leave the world's poor behind • White House maneuvers to undermine science and contradict respected experts at FDA, CDC, WHO and NIH.

We will close the rally with marching and dancing in the streets so bring your Sunday Best and your walking shoes!
