Marangi Waste also known as Dom Kam LLC is trying to build a massive waste recycling dump along the cherished Heritage Trail in Middletown.  Please help us tell the DEC to extend the comment period by at least 60 days so that we can make substantive arguments as to why this should not be approved.  Many of us at Protect Orange County have been working around the clock to prevent the massive industrialization of the area around CPV that the Town of Wawayanda is trying to allow. 10 massive warehouses and this dump. We need to flood DEC with letters in opposition asking them to extend the comment period as the current deadline is Friday November 1.  We just found out about this permit application so please help us spread the word.
