ECA's campaign to contact Mass House reps about pending plastics bills is an essential part of addressing the harms to health and climate of continued and rapidly expanding production, use and disposal of plastics.  House reps will more likely tell their leaders about moving the plastics bills into law if many of their constituents insist on doing that.
