The people who are appointed to the Office of Cannabis Management will have the power to either make New York an industry leader or set the New York industry up to fail at launch.

The direction our industry takes in New York will be a direct reflection of the regulators and administrators appointed to run the OCM and implement the MRTA.

There is no social equity without representation, the OCM, from the top down, should be just as diverse and representative of the people whom they are regulating.
