As your constituent, I urge you to support strong privacy legislation that protects children and students. Kids need meaningful protection to minimize the amount of data collected about them and regulate how that data can be used, including prohibiting harmful and discriminatory uses that can profile, target or exploit children.

Now is the time for Congress to require transparency, protect children from surveillance and the harm of Big Tech, and give parents and kids a voice as to how their sensitive data can be used. Please stand with millions of parents, children, students, privacy organizations, and President Biden, and give young people the privacy protections they deserve.
