Please help us to urge Governor Hochul to pass this bill that will protect benefits to injured workers. This bill creates a presumption of permanent total disability before the Workers’ Compensation Board for injured workers who have been found disabled by the Social Security Administration. It also provides criteria to assist the Compensation Board in determining a permanent total disability in all other cases.
