Tell the Trump EPA to protect

federal PFAS drinking water standards!

Last year, the Biden EPA established first ever maximum contaminant levels (MCLs) in public drinking water for 6 PFAS--including GenX! This was historic and huge to our continued fight to stop all PFAS exposures. Unfortunately, PFAS polluters and water utilities didn’t like the new regulations and immediately sued the Biden EPA.

In February, the new Trump EPA asked the court to pause the litigation so it could revisit its position on defending the new PFAS MCLs. Our friends in DC tell us the Trump EPA is considering caving to industry pressures. Now, more than ever, the Trump EPA needs to hear from YOU because it is getting a ton of pressure from the chemical industry.

Millions of North Carolinians will lose protection if the Trump EPA overturns or weakens the PFAS MCLs. Members of Congress--particularly Republicans--have the power to pressure the Trump EPA to preserve the PFAS MCLs.

Please tell your Members of Congress to stop the Trump EPA from weakening or removing the PFAS MCLs.
