Protect Space Innovation: Tell Congress to Stop FAA Overreach

SpaceX is at the forefront of American space innovation, driving progress in areas critical to our national security, economy, and future exploration. However, recent delays imposed by the FAA—unrelated to public safety—are threatening to slow down SpaceX’s groundbreaking projects, including the development of Starship.

The FAA's selective regulation, based on inaccurate information, unfairly targets SpaceX while allowing other companies to proceed without similar scrutiny. This not only jeopardizes U.S. leadership in space but also stifles innovation that could benefit all of humanity.

It’s crucial that Congress investigates the FAA's actions to ensure fair, transparent, and consistent oversight that supports—rather than hinders—American progress in space.
