The proposed budget and tax rate threaten to undermine critical public services, particularly for Black, Brown, and working-class families.

Tarrant County Judge Tim O'Hare, Commissioner Matt Krause, and Commissioner Manny Ramirez are attempting to reduce funding further for Tarrant County services. A special meeting is scheduled for 9/22/2025, the second attempt to further reduce revenue within Tarrant County.
