Trans kids need your help to protect their right to healthcare.

Right now, providers like Fenway Health, Outer Cape Health Services, and Baystate Health have preemptively terminated care for patients under 19, without publicity, without accountability, and sometimes without notice. They are violating the Commonwealth's anti-discrimination laws, not because of a new law but out of fear of federal retaliation, leaving kids and families stranded. Transgender patients are being forced to travel hours out of state, start their medical processes completely over, or go entirely without necessary care.

Massachusetts legally protects this healthcare, and the Attorney General has agreed that these rollbacks are illegal. But words aren’t enough. We need immediate, concrete enforcement to hold these clinics accountable and restore care before more providers follow suit. Taking action today tells the Attorney General that civil rights mean nothing without enforcement.
