New York City Government have targeted Municipal Retirees to achieve cost savings by altering our promised Medicare & Medigap Plans and outsourcing them to profit-driven and privately-managed Medicare Advantage Plans.

Medicare Advantage Plans have a history of denying life-saving patient procedures, rejecting much-needed medications, increasing taxpayer costs, and much more. Many of New York's Union public service retirees are 9/11 survivors, and stripping us of our promised benefits during retirement flies in the face of what we stand for.

Please write this letter to NYC Comptroller Brad Lander telling him to object to the registration of Aetna's Medicare Advantage Plan, which will hurt us.
