Quash the Caledon Bylaws

The decision in June 2024 by Mayor Annette Groves and most of Town of Caledon Council to re-zone 5,000 acres for urban development, almost all of it prime agricultural land, abandons the long-established process for land use planning, and environmental and farmland protection, that has operated effectively in Ontario for decades.
If left unchallenged, the June 2024 decision could lead to unsustainable property tax increases in the coming years (among other negative effects), with major impacts on all Caledon residents.
