A Consent Decree is being proposed that will literally CoverUp the pollution in Ringwood (technical term is "capping"). Neither health impacts nor long term environmental impacts are being addressed. The Superfund Site is also near the Wanaque Reservoir, source of drinking water for millions of people including Newark, NJ, largest city in NJ.
