After facing years of harassment at work, and having their complaints ignored and silenced by outsourced managers, RCA cleaners took part in a peaceful demonstration to raise the issue to the RCA.

Rather that intervene to ensure the safety of campus workers, RCA continues to protect an abusive outsourcing company. Rather than taking the urgent action needed, they have continued the silencing, placing 4 cleaners under investigation for "bringing the client into disrepute" - for reporting the harassment and institutional failings!

New legislation strengthens the legal burden on employers to protect employees from sexual harassment at work - but the prestigious institution RCA thinks they can deny these rights to outsourced, migrant cleaners. But what they are not ready for is the strength of these workers, to stand up to this bullying, with the force of their union and your solidarity behind them 💪
